The Stay-cation

We decided to try out some local attractions this weekend. We stayed at the Point Hilton Squaw Peak, hoping to check out the Lazy River and the pools. It was way too crowded!
We went to the zoo for the Starry Safari. The next day we went bowling and to see Hannah Montana, The Movie. The kids had a great weekend. Of course, Blake said "this is the best day ever!" So glad they are still at the "easy to please" stage....for now.

Big Bear

In June, we spent a week at Big Bear with the whole Maddox clan. It was FREEZING! Here are some pictures.
